Ok, count me in. I'm planning to be in town early in order to make sure I've got everything ready to go.

I just want to know why Rochester Dinosaur is better than the one in Buffalo? I mean its the same "chain" but ours is, well, not as good as Rochester's.
And I think Rochester's is better than the one in Troy too! -
I have eaten at all 3 and the Rochester one is by far the best.

I'm sorry, but the presentation isn't exactly what I would have expected after what was said here before. I totally understand that it is supposed to be great, but does it have to look like this?

If it's like most good BBQ places, it gets messy.
I wouldn't be surprised if there is a roll of paper towels on the table.

Yeah, I'm not a fan. But compared to what people considered "good" in Texas, this is actually fancy.
