@fuznutz04 said in Microsoft Planner: It looks pretty simple after I watched their video on it. Once I get it I plan on digging into it and will post updates here. Link to video?

If you don't have it yet in your interface and want to try it, just go here: https://tasks.office.com/

It showed up in mine yesterday. Looks interesting. I've been looking for a way to more easily track projects and stuff.

I technically could have had it last week. I like local apps, so I rarely log onto the web interface.

I started testing it this week and plan to use it next week to give it a good run through. So far, I like it for what it is... A very basic, simple task manager where I can put tasks into "buckets" and assign them if necessary. Free is in my budget as well, so win/win.

Not like it is just totally free.

Right, we have business essentials which costs 5 bucks a month, and we have Planner. And email, and share point. All for 5 bucks.

As far as I know it's just online. I went to the site directly and then it showed up in my tiles online. Definitely a steal at 5 bucks.

Wow, this is included with the $5 package? I would not have guessed. Doesn't look like the biggest ticket item, but still. That's a great deal.

I know this is an older topic, but we're migrating to O365 Business Essentials tomorrow, which includes access to Microsoft Planner. I'm thinking there are at least a few folks here who will benefit from it but would love to hear how people are using it (if anyone here has been).
