Office 365 email signatures

I can see its possible to apply email disclaimers directly via Office 365 portal.

However, is it possible to apply email signatures (with images and individual names, telephone numbers etc) via the office 365 tenant? If not, any ideas how we can do this without manually going round each computer?

don't think you can do it through Office365 as you say apart from a "company wide" single one.
