What a day of it.... Power issues at a site due to weather again, Got my ReadyNAS - starting the RAID 10 conversion,.. and found that that my brother will need to have 3 vertebra in his neck fused in about 3 weeks.

        Going to be fun spring.

Back from our forth or fifth time to the ER in Greece. Loads of fun, that.

Lost power for a few minutes yesterday. My parents were down for a lot longer.

That would support my "I can guess which site" theory.

Mostly. Just check ups and stuff. Greek healthcare is WAY more "come back every two weeks to keep checking on things" than the US is. We are still riding on the original $7 too 🙂

I don't really know anyone in that area. It's about 2.5 hours from me.

It's known as a retirement area and it's pretty rural. I don't think there is much IT out there.

Unless you are near the coastline, FL is a rural nightmare, full of geriatric Canadians and gators.

Not too far off. My parents have a house down by Daytona. It seems like it is full of retired people and the service industry surrounding them. It also has a bunch of "NASCAR Fans" as I politely call them.
