All notifications button not working

When I click the bell in the upper right hand corner I see the list of new notifications, once I click on one it's no longer highlighted - OK. but when I click on it again it's completely different... it no longer shows the lines that tell who upvoted a post.
So I clicked on All notifications hoping that I'd see the list - but that wouldn't load, instead the current page I was on was just reloading instead.
I'm using FF 29.

From what the error is, I'm pretty confident it is Node.js code that is the problem. Server side producing the wrong list.
