We have a total of 5 bigger Hardware/Software Vendors. We want to keep the Vendors to a minimum though no more than say 25 but would rather keep it more like 15. We will see how that goes.

I'm assuming the idea is to pick vendors that support SMB well, and not those that primarily focus on enterprise.

For example, Cylance before SpiceWorld 2015 didn't both talking to customers with less than 500 endpoints - I didn't understand why they were even there? Sure, I'm sure some companies with more than 500 endpoints had employees at SW, but that doesn't seem to be the mainstay. Cylance's new minimum of 100 even seemed high.

MSP's, tech vendors, or Tech Designers?

MSPs likely make little sense, but I'm sure they would be welcome. Just not sure if it would make sense for MSPs to advertise in that way very often. @ntg is unique as a meta-msp because MSPs are customers, not just end users.

They would be a good choice for sure.

VoIP Supply in Niagara Falls focuses on the SMB community and would be a perfect fit.

Ingram Micro is based in Niagara Falls, has John White who would be a great speaker, and would be a great fit for the MSPs in attendance.

Netgear for their switching would be great. As well as Netgear ReadyNAS divisions.

I have worked with these guys before with good results. Did not realize they were in Niagara.

We've used them too and have been happy. We were the ones that recommended that they get involved over on SW.

Hey all, I'm Jeff Quinn from VoIP Supply. Scott mentioned you are interested in a conference here in Buffalo and we would most certainly like to be involved. If you can just keep me up to date on how we can help that would be great. Thanks for thinking of us.
