      Start by reading the documentation.

I need to configure the same server machine as client and need to see the server details in Zabbix.
Since there should have other IP to represent the client machine

        Any idea?

I'm not sure what the question is here. If you ask clearly, there should be no idea to as "any idea." The question should be clear and self explanatory.

I need to use my zabbix server as a client.
In order to add the host to the zabbix, the ckient machine should have other IP in the same subnet.
How to have two IP for one server?

Why would you have another IP address? You've not provided a reason for that.

All machines have multiple IP addresses, their public one and 127.0.0.1 as a starting point. You should never use something other than 127.0.0.1 for local communications (outside of testing.)

A better way to phrase your question would be "how do I setup the Zabbix agent on the same machine as my Zabbix server?"

                  https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.4/manual/installation/install_from_packages

Look at the Redhat/ CenOS section where it says to install the zabbix-agent only. Since you have already installed the server, you now just need to install the agent.

I have seen in the link where I have configured zabbix, I saw the prerequestie for the zabbix configuration

                    Install Zabbix Server
I tested this how-to On CentOS 7 minimal server, although it should work on other RHEL/Scientific Linux 7.x versions.

For the testing purpose, I will use two machines.

                    Zabbix Server System:

Operating system: CentOS 7 64bit server
                    IP Address: 192.168.1.150/24
                    Hostname: server1.unixmen.local
                    Zabbix Client System:

Operating system: CentOS 7 64bit server
                    IP Address: 192.168.1.152/24
                    Hostname: server2.unixmen.local

Scott is right, though. You can point the zabbix agent to 127.0.0.1 since your Zabbix server is also on the same machine.

                      Edit:

You should log on to your client machine (server2) and follow the instructions for installing the zabbix agent. You would then need to point the zabbix agent to the ip address of your Zabbix Server (server1).
