I think pruning down the number of moderators, especially volunteer ones would help.

I am not sure if you want to change to last names honestly. Remember that the name you put on the extension would affect the dial by name company directory (if you have that setup) for the PBX.

A receptionist / FOP2 user should be able to start typing someone's name in the filter at the top of the FOP2 console and see their extension pretty quickly after doing that. That should work whether they see the entire name of the person on the actual extension button (as long as the full name is the name on the extension in FreePBX). The full name should show when you hover over the extension button.

And, there is a FOP2 buttons area where you can override what is shown on the buttons in FOP2 (or there has been this option in previous versions). I'm just not sure if making a manual edit is worth it or if the synchronization will break for those extensions.

It didn't just took me to paypal, which was an agreement not a purchase for some reason. So the amount didn't show on the paypal page.

We moved months ago. As an MSP it is very valuable to be running ahead of the curve because we need to see stuff before clients, not with them.

Although really, Windows 10 is a minor update and there is little to worry about. As long as your apps don't complain, you are likely good. We've seen great stability even during the beta and RC period.

We mostly use Microsoft software (Office, MS Dynamics/GP), Autodesk (AutoCAD, Inventor, Civil etc) and some other BIM stuff. Then the rest is all in house developed by our in house DevOPs team.

I'm currently looking at server upgrades while they do the desktop stuff. Some of it will just go to Server 2012 r2 for now. Being on the latest versions seems to have good befits for us, as our third fail over location is Azure and the integration keeps getting better.

I have a feeling that there is not. If you are going to do this, you need to control the RAID provisioning. But I am not sure if the RAID card is going to work with you on this or cause problems. That would depend very specifically on the drives and the controller and how they interact.
