Easter lunch today... Basically whatever could be cooked in tuscany in this season... Well my mum did.

Dominica made vegan ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, peas, etc.

Normally I use American, but we were out. So it was a swiss one today.

You cook it until the meat is perfect. The veggies should still be crunchy IMO.
