The gist of the conclusion is that if you do things you enjoy that are high energy and are in a community you tend to feel better, and feeling better equals living longer.

Yeah that's what I got from it.
It comes down to stress relief / less bad stress, diet, exercise, sleep.

How hard is it not to do drugs? Pretty damn hard considering the vast majority of humans use drugs. -
