Mainichi Shimbun reporters visited the Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant on July 27.

                  Video is subtitled.

For reference about the various radiation readings mean, XKCD released a very good graphic shortly after the meltdown back in 2013.

                            They'll still have latency issues.

Sounds like they are trying to compete with SpaceX's LEO satellites that are supposed to have ~20ms of latency.

Outside of live things, it's probably not a real problem. yeah, you don't want it if you are a gamer, and you might get some issue with video chat, but general surfing, using of the web, streaming media, should be totally usable.

It's slow enough that web pages noticeably slow down. Things like voice are often impossible.

The 3mp upload is optimistic at best. You need a small sat to transmit up through the ionsphere, and they are doing it with a lower powered dish. Similar problems to early wireless.
