I submitted my claim on a class-action lawsuit about milk prices. The payout depends, but it could be up to $70. I buy a lot of milk so hell yeah I'm putting my name in there!

I got $130 from that DRAM price fixing suit. Should have claimed that I purchased more (my claim was probably far under what I had actually bought, but I wanted to make a reasonable guess).

Ehh?? We generally use about 2-3 gallons of milk a week....

        Yeah...15 states are involved.

Anyone have a good soldering iron + stand recommendation? I try to stick with 50w+

If you haven't already found one, I picked my last one up via Adafruit... Whiiiich has been discontinued

Aye, get one with some balls, no 15w waiting forever garbage.

I have 2: a 30W that is too weak for just about everything (waiting game) and a 60W which is just about perfect. I usually use it on smaller wires (18-22 AWG) and I haven't had things melting on me, nor have I had to wait long to solder.

50-60w is usually the sweet spot for sure. Any recommendations?

knock off wellers - they're all over Amazon. See if you can get one with adjustable temp + bonus if it comes with extra tips etc + bonus if tips are weller compatible

something like this, but MOAR powaahhh

I could actually use a good desoldering pump too now that I think about it.

Desoldering pumps are nice, but I've never found one that will entirely clear away all the solder. They do a great job of clearing the majority of it away so you don't have to use as much of the expensive solder wick.
