I should point out that the user in this meme was shutting down and still not rebooting. Either way, still not following instructions. Had this happen several times before we forced it off via GPO

I want to make sure I understand what you said - you're saying that even though the user shutdown the computer, then had to use the power button to turn it back on, it was still showing as up for xx days?
