If you wanted to learn CentOS in a meaningful way, you'd run Fedora or Ubuntu or something else appropriate on the laptop, and then put CentOS in a VM, just like you'd use on the test or in production.

Even when willing to use Fedora, I can't always make it work. My big laptop has to use Ubuntu. Nothing else can install on it, not even things based on Ubuntu like Mint!
Not to sidetrack this but did you try setting
nouveau.modeset=noon your boot options? My XPS 15 has an NVIDIA something in it and Fedora wouldn't even boot normally (couldn't even run the installer). If you add that to your boot line it just uses the Intel stuff and you can then add bumblebee or whatever the NVIDIA junk is called later.May I know the location to use this ?
That question was for @scottalanmiller about his ASUS laptop.

It altered boot states but never made it work.

Yes I remember already Ubuntu worked where the Fedora where the wifi didnt work.But as per your advice the Ubuntu or Fedora is good for the Base machine.I will try to install ubuntu which is stable to work with the Wifi option also ?

Some linux distros do NOT ship with the Firmware for the wireless devices actually installed (even if the Wifi works during the actual install process).
I'll echo other sentiments here. If you want to learn CentOS, then do it in a VM.

To answer the question, yes almost certainly Ubuntu will work with Wireless.
To learn about CentOS on Ubuntu or Fedora Desktop you can install KVM and create a VM (assuming your hardware supports virtualization).

Did you use Fedora Server rather than Fedora Workstation?

Why would you use an old version? This exacerbates your issues. You need to use the latest that you can get for the best driver support. Never use old products intentionally.
Ubuntu 17.10 is most of the way through its life already, 18.04 is just three months away!

Why would you use an old version? This exacerbates your issues. You need to use the latest that you can get for the best driver support. Never use old products intentionally.
Ubuntu 17.10 is most of the way through its life already, 18.04 is just three months away!
Especially if you are planning on using KVM.

Yes Now WiFi Detected will go with KVM and then Centos will run it
