I have not, still have a wicked sore throat
I recovered the sleep state by yesterday, but that only took so long because of the kitchen project from hell.
I recovered my pre con weight this morning. 99.6kg

I am as recovered as I am going to be.... since as I had issues prior, during and still with a true sleep.
Already done 90% of the clean up and chores since returning also. Mowed and raked the yard, nearly all the house laundry is done. and some other misc junk...

I have the sore throat thing, but I am blaming Rochester allergies. Or local allergies. Allergies, let's call it.

I left Sunday but didn't go back to NM...my dad picked me up and I went and hung out in Buffalo. Played golf Monday and Tuesday then flew back last night. I am wrecked! I'm thinking I'll need to the weekend to fully recover.
So much walking, so little sleep.

I didn't make it out there. But I have been sick now since the 7th of sept. And now it came back around for a 2nd stronger wave before even remotely clearing up.

My wife and kiddo are just now recovering from being sick with various stuff since the middle of August.
