Its like the movie "Betteljuice" today, except I typed or said Spectrum too much yesterday. Two Spectrum connected offices down; one the cable is "hanging off the building", and no idea on the other. Luckily only 1 person in each so no major impact but going to be a while before fixed.

friday morning, 9:18am. headache is starting.

Sitting on hold with RingCentral. Been 70 minutes so far, to provision a single phone, that I could have provisioned to another system in five minutes. This is so silly. We haven't even gotten to a point where they've found someone that knows how to provision a phone yet!
